Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order, anywhere in the UK. There are no delivery charges at checkout and no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

We pack and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 5 to 12 working days depending on the item, so most orders arrive within about 2 weeks of you placing them.

Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a UK high street shop. We would rather be upfront about that than promise next day and let you down. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days, email us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive the number, which is normal.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment.

Import charges

There is nothing extra to pay. The price you see at checkout is the full price, including delivery and any import VAT. You will never be asked for a customs charge on delivery.

Wrong or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will sort it out with a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to post anything back to us.
