Terms of service
These terms cover your use of neatnook.co.uk and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you order.
Who we are
Neat Nook is an online shop selling home and storage products to customers in the United Kingdom. Our full trading name, business address and contact details are on our Contact Information page.
Ordering
When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. A contract between us only exists once we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we have listed the price wrongly, or if we think the order is fraudulent. If we cancel your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to any UK address. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout and no customs or import charges on delivery.
We try hard to price everything correctly. If we spot an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product descriptions and photos
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Small variations in size and shade are normal.

Returns and refunds
Your right to cancel, return and get a refund is set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 always apply.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Using our products safely
Please use our products as intended and follow any instructions supplied. Keep small parts away from young children.
Your account and your information
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
